Are we there yet?

Students will investigate natural, social and built environments in Australia and explore how these areas can be protected and sustained. They will think about our impact on the environment and ways to reduce our carbon footprint as we travel throughout Australia. Students will participate in mapping activities utilising Australian multimedia. Students will identify key stakeholders in ensuring our environment remains sustainable.

Key Questions: What is a carbon footprint? How does travel in Australia impact on our environment and its sustainability? What are the key natural, social and built environments in Australia? How can I advertise/promote an eco friendly trip to this venue?
