Integrated Units

Each class completes four Units of work throughout the year. Information is available by selecting the class link on the main menu to the left.

Term Celebrations

At the conclusion of each Unit Parents, family members and interested friends are invited to attend a celebration of the childrens learning. This may involve a presentation, a display of finished work, performance or interactive activities.

Reports / Parent Interviews

Teachers can be contacted before and after school by appointment to discuss any issues throughout the year.

Formal Parent Teacher interviews are offered in Term 1 and 3. This is an opportunity for parents to discuss their childs progress and identify areas which can be worked on jointly between home and school.

Report Cards are issued at the end of Term 2 and Term 4. This document reflects the progress of students in all areas of their learning.

Parent Volunteers

Parents are encouraged to volunteer in their childs classroom. Teachers are able to utilise parents in group rotations, reading with children, enhancing mathematical skills and class activities. No experience is required. A child who has a parent in the class appreciates their support.

Parents are always welcome at the P&C Association Meetings.
