Morning Fitness
In the interest of the children's health and safety, it is important that children and families make an effort to increase their fitness levels. This doesn't have to be laps and laps of the oval but can be done in other ways such as:
Riding your bike, walking, skating, swimming or jogging more often.
For 3 years we have been running a Fitness/Games program on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 8.20am that every child from Years 1-7 is welcome to participate in!
