School Community

Nashville State School has many partnerships within our local community. The Parents and Citizens Association is an invaluable group of volunteers who work with our Administration team to plan fundraising activities to provide resources and facilities for students. Parents are also regularly engaged in supporting students in the classroom and local businesses also donate their time and resources to help our school.

Classes regularly work with surrounding schools particularly Bracken Ridge State High School to extend our students' learning. The Brisbane City Council is another strong supporter of our school with local Councillor Victoria Newton a regular visitor to the school.
